About Us

We are Karly and Nicholas, and the mini is our daughter Saretta. We are spouses, parents, and real estate professionals. As partners in Life West Real Estate, we help awesome people purchase and sell homes in the neigbourhoods of West Toronto, Etobicoke, and the west end suburbs of Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington. We are proud South Etobicoke residents and Mississauga natives. Nice to meet you!

In our free time, you might find us cycling the Waterfront Trail, fiercely cheering on the Raptors and Blue Jays, brunching at Huevos Gourmet, window shopping on Roncesvalles Ave, on the beach at Marie Curtis Park, trying to solve the great pizza debate at some of our favourite restaurants (Pizzeria Oro Di Napoli, Nodo, 7 Enoteca), walking on the trails of the Credit River, in line for apple fritters at SanRemo, stopping by the local farmers market, or browsing the children's books with our daughter at Hey Kiddo.

I love the hustle and bustle of big cities, homes with character, baking, delicious Italian food, and celebrating Christmas starting in early November. I am frequently told I give really good hugs and I am often guilty of overusing exclamation points (!!!).

I love researching properties and questions for my clients, always digging one layer deeper and deeper. Over the last few years I have jumped on the Raptors and Blue Jays bandwagons in a very big way. As a chocolate connoisseur, I am continually on the hunt for the best chocolate chip cookie.

Next to Toronto, my heart belongs to New York City. We travel there often and always feel inspired by the energy of the city and seriously crush on their Brownstones.

I really value authentic and meaningful connections. I am a grateful and proud wife, mother, daughter, and sister to three of the best friends a girl could ask for. I consider it such an honour when a great client becomes a great friend.

Nicholas Geldart

Always on the hunt for the perfect 70s era Ranch style home. I'm a design guy. Whether it is product, graphic, architectural, or home design, I love the art form. I like to restore mid century modern furniture, and love giving old junk new life. I am a Kijiji scourer and am hard pressed to pass up a good flea market or garage sale.

With a decade in the corporate apparel industry as a Buyer and Merchandise Planner, I had the opportunity to work for some awesome brands like Nike, Levis, Target, and Saks Fifth Avenue. I spent my corporate career balancing the creative with the analytical, a trait that serves me well in real estate. I've been known to crunch a number or two, just this side of analysis paralysis.

I am a casual cyclist. You won't see me in spandex shorts but I'm working up to it. You will however see me with our little one in tow and matching helmets, cycling the Waterfront Trail or cruising through High Park.

I am responsible for recruiting Karly onto the Raptors band wagon, as a loyal fan since game one.

I love being on the journey with clients in these milestone moments in their lives. Their excitement is completely contagious and it is such an honour to be included and to help guide them in their experience.
