As proud residents of Etobicoke, Mississauga natives, and die hard west enders, we have a great love and nostalgia for the awesome neighbourhoods that make up West Toronto, Etobicoke, and the west end suburbs of Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington. Life West is a celebration of those neighbourhoods, with a focus on the great people, real estate, and businesses that make up these communities.

Life West neighbourhoods are family friendly, walkable, welcoming of cyclists, and where people actually spend time outside enjoying community spaces. They have a central shopping hub with thriving independent businesses, homes with history and charm, access to green space, a strong sense of community, a vibe.

Over the years we have had the privilege of helping amazing people buy and sell homes in neighbourhoods we are passionate about. Some of these neighbourhoods are really well known, and some are flying under the radar a bit (not for long though). We started to notice a pattern. We love consulting with our buyer clients to best understand what is important to them about their new home and neighbourhood. Many of our buyer clients are looking for homes with some character, located a short walk to a park, trail, or the lake. They like doing their weekly shop at the local farmers market, butcher, and fruit stands. Good schools and community programs for their children are important, and an off leash dog park close by is always a bonus. They appreciate local independent businesses and restaurants. They want close access to transit (TTC, GO Train, or highway) for their commute, but love access to a cycling trail to enjoy on the weekends.
