Neighbourhood Guides

Over the years, as real estate professionals we have had the privilege of helping awesome people buy and sell homes in the neighbourhoods we are passionate about. Some of these neighbourhoods are really well known, and some are flying under the radar a bit (not for long though). Through Life West we get to share our excitement for these neighbourhoods, the micro level details that make these neighbourhoods great, to celebrate the people, businesses, and homes that make up these communities. In the Neighbourhood Guides below we share details like the best parks, our favourite coffee shops, the local businesses that make the area tick, the farmers market, the kid friendly neighbourhood programs, the community vibe, and the best bakeries and breweries of course. Every word or photo is written and captured by us, and these guides will continue to evolve as each neighbourhood evolves. We look forward to releasing new guides for other awesome west end neighbourhoods. We really love these neighbourhoods, and hope you will too!

We would love to chat to learn more about how we can help you if you are looking to buy or sell in one of these great neighbourhoods.

Life West neighbourhoods are family friendly, walkable, welcoming of cyclists, and where people actually spend time outside enjoying community spaces. They have a central shopping hub with thriving independent businesses, homes with history and charm, access to green space, a strong sense of community, a vibe.
